1. How to Order You can either email to sales@hqartgallery.com or fax (+66) 53 814 719 an order to us. Please complete the order form. We will then confirm the order availability, total price including postage and explain how to pay. 2. Payment Prices are quoted in US$. Payment in baht is available only to customers within Thailand (please contact us for conversion rate). Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or JCB card. When we confirm your order we will explain how to send your card details by a secure method. For customers in Thailand please deposit payment to our bank. You can select either of the following accounts. Packing, Despatch and Delivery Paintings will be rolled carefully and put inside a sturdy cardboard tube. Your purchase will be despatched as soon as possible and always within two working days of payment receipt. Delivery time by FedEx is generally 3-5 working days after despatch. Delivery by seamail will take 30-60 days after despatch. 4. Carriage Please note that we make no profit on shipping charges. We highly recommend that you select FedEx rather than seamail for the carriage of your valuable purchase. Our Fedex prices are heavily discounted from regular rates. Fedex is fast, safe and the paintings are insured (see 'insurance' below). We will calculate the exact carriage cost by FedEx or seamail on receipt of your order and will confirm the total amount on our invoice to you. As a GUIDE only, the following are the comparative costs of seamail and FedEx to different areas of the world (based on three large paintings). Actual prices may be different.
